We are committed to ensuring our clients receive valuable, actionable ergonomic guidance and fair resolution of any service concerns.
1. Scope
This policy applies to all ergonomic assessment products offered by Restoreeusieveia, including:
- Desk Assessment ($189 NZD): focused single-workstation evaluation with written report and follow-up call.
- Full Workspace Review ($349 NZD): comprehensive environment assessment with priority reporting.
- Remote Setup Package ($129 NZD): virtual-guided home office assessment with digital setup guide.
- Add-on services including team assessments, quarterly check-ins, standing desk transition coaching, and equipment sourcing assistance.
As ergonomic assessments are professional advisory services rather than physical goods, traditional product return procedures do not apply. Instead, this policy governs cancellations, refunds, and service quality guarantees.
2. Cancellation Before Assessment
If you need to cancel a booked ergonomic assessment before the scheduled session:
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a full refund of the service fee paid.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50 percent of the service price to cover preparation and scheduling costs.
- No-show appointments without prior notice are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
3. Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule an assessment appointment at no additional charge provided at least 24 hours notice is given. Rescheduling requests can be made through our contact form or by phone. Restoreeusieveia will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred alternative date and time. If we are unable to find a mutually suitable time within 30 days, you may request a full refund.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
Restoreeusieveia stands behind the quality of our ergonomic assessment reports. If you are not satisfied with the clarity, relevance, or usefulness of your assessment report, you may request a revision within 14 days of report delivery. Our team will review your feedback and revise recommendations at no additional charge. This guarantee covers report content quality and does not extend to outcomes resulting from implementation of recommendations.
To request a revision under the satisfaction guarantee:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your assessment report.
- Provide specific feedback about which aspects of the report did not meet your expectations.
- Allow up to 5 business days for our team to prepare and deliver the revised report.
5. Refund After Service Delivery
Because ergonomic assessments involve professional time, expertise, and personalised analysis, refunds after service delivery are limited:
- If the assessment session was not conducted as described in the purchased package (e.g., significantly shorter duration, missing deliverables), you are entitled to a partial or full refund depending on the extent of the shortfall.
- If the written report was not delivered within the timeframe specified for your package (48 hours for Desk Assessment and Remote Setup, 24 hours for Full Workspace Review), you may request a 15 percent refund as compensation for the delay.
- Refunds based on dissatisfaction with ergonomic recommendations themselves are not available after the 14-day revision period, as assessment outcomes depend on individual implementation and workspace variables.
6. Add-On Services
Add-on services purchased alongside a main assessment package follow these additional terms:
- Team assessments ($89 NZD per additional workstation): cancellable with 24 hours notice per workstation. Partial refunds apply if some but not all team assessments are cancelled.
- Quarterly check-in reviews ($79 NZD): cancellable before the scheduled check-in with full refund. No refund after the check-in session is completed.
- Standing desk transition coaching ($59 NZD): cancellable with 24 hours notice for full refund.
- Equipment sourcing assistance ($45 NZD): non-refundable once research and recommendations have been delivered.
7. Corporate and Team Packages
Corporate clients with volume pricing agreements may have customised cancellation and refund terms specified in their service agreement. In the absence of specific contractual terms, the standard cancellation and refund provisions in this policy apply. Corporate purchase orders are subject to the payment terms agreed at the time of booking.
8. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Return Policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill, be fit for any particular purpose you told us about, and be completed within a reasonable time. If our ergonomic assessment services fail to meet these guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy including refund, depending on the severity of the failure.
9. Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with our response to a cancellation or refund request, please contact us to discuss your concerns. Restoreeusieveia is committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. If we cannot reach a satisfactory resolution, you may refer the matter to the Disputes Tribunal of New Zealand for claims within its jurisdiction, or seek advice from Consumer Protection New Zealand.
10. How to Request a Refund

- Your booking reference or payment confirmation if available.
